Call to order: 6:30 p.m.

Roll Call: Steele, Pope, Felt, Smith, Rebak, Madison, Gillespey and Mintzlaff.  Absent Morelli

Patrick Germano, Tom Wissing and Roger Pikus.

BUSINESS:

Discussion/Likely Action related to:

• Opening of Gravel Bids—Steele (see packets for information sheet)

Motion by: Pope/sSmith to accept Trusty Trucking/South Shore Sand and Gravel at the rate of $16.84 a ton.  Carried Unanimously

Sealed Gravel Bids opened.

Trusty Trucking/South Shore Sand and Gravel came in at $16.84 a ton

Olson Brothers came in at $17.25 a ton

Mika Construction came in at $ 24.57 a ton
