Call to Order:7:00pm

Present: Mark Pope, Jack Smith, Barb Rebak, Beverly Steele, Erik Felt, Brandon Madison, Tracy Gillespey, Kristin Mintzlaff, Tom Wissing, Keith Koenning, Pat Murphy, Roger Pikus, Mark Filonowich.

• 2023 Annual Meeting—April 18 Motion by: Mark Pope/sKeith Koenning to approve with corrections Carried. Voice vote 1abstain
• 2023 Special Town Meeting (Levy)—November 4 Motion by: Mark Pope/sKeith Koenning to approve with corrections. Carried Voice vote 1abstain

Present Reports:

• 2023 Treasurer’s Report presented and questions were answered by treasurer.
• 2023 Annual Report presented and questions were answered by clerk and chairperson.

Steele- Government written and oral

Steele- Highway, Street maintenance, town grounds. Written and oral

Steele-Transfer Station written and oral.

Rebak- Playground  written and oral.

Felt-Fire Department written and oral

Felt-Ambulance written report from Byerhof present oral by Felt

Pope-Bark Bay Slough Oral 4 transient merchant permits, town removed bock in fall and replace in the spring, parking seems to be ok.

Steele-Gym oral- no change per steele

Smith- Campground written an oral

Pope -Boat Launch oral. No major expense dredging not needed so minimal expense, placed walkway in in the spring and removed in fall. Income from parking fees 3098.16

  • Set levy for 2024 Budget (Defer to Fall Budget Meeting)
  • Motion:by Mark Pope/sTom Wissing to set date as November 9 2024 at 10:00am  Voice vote
  • Authorize Board to set date of 2022 Annual Meeting to the statutory date of April 15 2025 (§60.11(1) & (2) at 7:00pm at the Town of Clover Town Hall.
  • Motion:by Mark Pope/sTom Wissing to set date of April 15 2025. Carried Voice vote
