Discussion/Likely Action related to:

• Resolution #20230425, Succession of Town Authority in the absence of the Chairperson—Steele

Motion by: to adopt resolution 20230425 Succession of Town Authority in absence of chairperson. Carried Unanimous. Chairperson: Beverly Steele, Supervisor John Erik Felt, Clerk Tracy Gillespey, Treasurer Iva Morelli

• Replacement for the Grader—Steele
  • Payment method—Steele

 

Motion by: Rebak/sSteele to approve purchase of 2023 John Deere 772G motor grader with 6 wheel drive $372,500.00. Carried Unanimous.

Motion by: Felt/sPope to have financing $372,500.00 done thru Board of Commissioners of Public Lands (BCPL) for 4 years with possible discipline to payoff in 3 years. Carried Unanimous.

Discussion/Possible Action related to Electric Charging Stations—Felt

Motion by: Pope/sRebak to pursue the application process for Electric charging station. Carried Unanimous.
