Meeting Minutes

 

Wednesday, May 13, 2026, to follow immediately after the Town Board Meeting, likely by 8:00 PM or later in the Meeting Room of the Town Hall/Historic Gymnasium located at 86870 Lenawee Road.

• Motion by: Randy Kohlman/sDonna Lundin to approve the minutes for
  April 8, 2026, Sanitary District meeting. Carried unanimously.

Treasurer’s Reports:

• Motion by: Donna Lundin/sErik Felt to approve April Treasurer’s report. Carried unanimously.

Expenditure: Motion to approve batch S-0513.

Motion by: Erik Felt/sRandy Kohlman to approve batch S-0513.  Carried unanimously.

  • #2 Septic Pumping & Excavating:
    • April 8947 gallons

Operations:

Discussion regarding water coming in by frontage road and by the old school.  Holes will be plugged where water is coming in and collars will be put on.  Trucks will be dumping in the manhole by the frontage road.  The camera will be used once again in the future.

 

Business:

Discussion regarding Appendix A

Motion by: Brandon Madison/sRandy Kohlman to leave the fees on Appendix A as is.

Carried unanimously.
