Minutes

Called to order at 7:00 PM

Roll Call: Present:  Steele, Gillespey, Smith, Fuller, Rebak,  Stemwedel , Morelli,  Also present   Pete Berton, Elizabeth Stevens, Mark Filonowich, Lois Palmer, Amber Cadott, Katherine Merrill, Jen Schierman, Jeff Byerhof, Frank Mcguire.

 

Minutes: Approval of minutes of the December14, 2022 TOC Regular Board Meeting.

 Approval of minutes of the December19, 2022 TOC Special Board Meeting.

Treasurer’s Report for December.

Expenditures: Motion by Steele/sStemwedel to approve Batch T-0111 Carried Unanimous.

Announcements: Caucus Saturday, January 14, 2023 at the Clover Town Hall (gym)

Business: Discussion and action may occur on any of the following agenda items

Board of Review training. Bev and Barb to attend.

Campground host discussion of possibly giving host a bonus.

Replacement furnace at firehouse. Two different quotes 1-single stage 1-2 stage

Motion: by Steele/sStemwedel to accept quote for 2 stage furnace. Carried Unanimous.

Ordinance 20230111-1 Establishing Code of Ethics where Federal Funds are involved. Deferred.

Citations for Transient Merchants

Motion: by Steele/sSmith to stay with current penalty for 2023. Carried Unanimous.

Short-term rental license fees for 2023 and possible changes to application forms. Deferred until next month.

New restroom/shower facilities at campground. Information presented and recommendations for the electors.

Set time, date, and topic(s) of public hearing. Public hearing on January 30^th 2023 at 7:00pm in the gym for presentation of ambulance purchase and ADA restrooms.

 

Town Plan Commission: no meeting.

Fire Department: 1-CO call, Looking into brush truck, cells phones needed no service to outdated phones, look co monitors and smoke alarms, age of pumper.

Ambulance: Stemwedel 6 calls, year 2022 101 calls total.

Town Park/Campground:  estimates for ADA restrooms presented.

Playground: no report

Roads: Fuller

Parking and Launch:. No ice

Transfer Station: Fuller

Cemetery:  Rebak  winter

Gym: Fuller no report.

Bark Bay Slough: no report

Future agenda:

Ethics Ordinance.

Gravel Bids

Cells phone for Fire department and Ambulance.
