Minutes
Called to order at 7:00 PM
Roll Call: Present: Steele, Gillespey, Isaksson, Smith, Fuller, Absent Stemwedel, Morelli, Also present Marcus Zarbinski, Kim Zarbinski, Lois Palmer.
Minutes: Approval of minutes of the January 6th Special board meeting.
Approval of minutes of the January 12, 2021 TOC Regular Board Meeting.
Treasurer’s Report for January.
Expenditures: Motion by Steele/sIsaksson to approve Batch T-0209 Carried Unanimous.
Business: Discussion and action may occur on any of the following agenda items.
Class A Special Use Permit for three RVs for more than 4 months in A-1 zoning by Kim Zarbinski
Motion: by Steele/sFuller to approve Class A Special Use for Kim Zarbinski place of 1 RV for 2 years the 2nd to be removed by June 1 with the need to see significant improvement and recommendation to be followed by TPC. Carried Unanimous.
Class B Special Use Permit for one short-term rental at 87180 Old School Rd in R-RB zoning by John Nixon and Rachel Hartshorn
Motion: by Steele/sSmith to approve Class B with TPC recommendations. Carried Unanimous.
Four Towns Meeting February 23, 2022 at 5:00 pm
Board of Review training attendees Dale, Bev, Tracy to attend .
Snow plowing fees 2022/2023 season
By consensus: to remain the same.
Firewood for campground
By consensus: to contact Russ Darst for 2022 firewood season.
Increase for regular ambulance calls fees Deferred to next month
Citations for transient merchants
By consensus: to keep citation fees the same for 2022 season.
Possible funding options to resurface Bark Point Road or other road work Dale and Bev to attend webinar presentation.
Short term rentals in the Town of Clover need to gather more information.
Motion by: Steele/sIsaksson to raise the town of clover STR annual license fee to $100.00. Carried Unanimous.
AFG Regional Grant application for radios for the Herbster Volunteer Fire Department
Motion by: Steele/sFuller to go forward with the grant process. Carried Unanimous.
