Ordinance #20151209-1, Amended Ordinance #101210-3, Speed Limit Ordinance

 

The Town Board of the Town of Clover, Bayfield County, Wisconsin, has the specific authority under S. 349.11 Wis. Stats., to adopt this amended ordinance and does hereby ordain the following amendment to Ordinance #101210-3.

 

To deal with safety issues related to a narrow, curvy gravel road now carrying the Septic Haulers to the sewer ponds and also able to be used by ATVs and Snowmobiles, the speed limit on Old Highway 13 between Lenawee Road and Buckley Road be limited to 25 mph reduced from 45 mph.

 

This amended ordinance shall be in effect and enforced, after its passage and approval by the State Department of Transportation, filing and publication and posting of speed limit signs.
