Resolution #20210414-1B, 2020 Budget Reconciliation related to 53000—Public Works

 

• Whereas, in 2020 53000—Public Works exceeded the budget by $10,075.00, and
• Whereas, 52000—Public Safety had $9,026 income over expense, and
• Whereas, 54000—Health and Human Services had $121 expense under budget, and
• Whereas, 55000—Culture, Recreation and Education expenses exceeded budget by $14,678,
• Now Therefore Be It Resolved that $9,026 of 52000—Public Safety, income over expense cover part of 53000—Public Works expenses over budget, and
• Be It Further Resolved that the $121 of 54000-Health and Human Services budget over expense cover part of 53000—Public Works expense over budget, and
• Be It Further Resolved that $928 of 57000—Culture, Recreation & Education Revenue income over budget cover part of 53000—Public Works expense over budget,
• Thus, the total coverage for 53000—Public Works $10,075.00.
