Town of Clover – Meeting Minutes

Special Board Meeting

June 22, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall (gym).  Located at 86870 Lenawee Road Herbster, WI

Call to order at 7:00 p.m.

Roll call:  Mark Pope, Erik Felt, Donna Lundin, Tracy Gillespey and Kristin Mintzlaff. Not present: Brandon Madison and Randy Kohlman.

In attendance: Lois Palmer, Larry Pacini, Joie Pacini, Iva Morelli and Jeff Greene.

 

BUSINESS:

Campground Merchandise-

Selling campground merchandise was brought up by Brandon Madison at the June 10^th board meeting.  Mark Pope suggested giving a limit of $1500.00 to purchase the merchandise.

Motion by: Erik Felt/sDonna Lundin to approve to give the campground a $1500.00 budget to cover cost of the merchandise and they need to make a profit on the merchandise.  Carried unanimously.

 

Revise proximity card deposit-

Mark Pope researched the cost of the proximity card and the cost of the clerk’s time to distribute the cards and suggested that the board changes the amount of each card from $100.00 to $25.00 deposit.

Motion by: Erik Felt/sDonna Lundin to decrease the deposit amount for the proximity cards from $100.00 to $25.00.  Carried unanimously.

Motion by: Mark Pope to adjourn at 7:13 p.m.
