Meeting Minutes

Wednesday, April 9, 2025, to follow immediately after the Town Board Meeting, likely by 8:00 PM or later in the Meeting Room of the Town Hall/Historic Gymnasium. 

The public is invited to attend, you may walk at any time even though the door is closed—for heat conservation–, you will need to sign for the record, but there is no requirement to sign in separately if you wish to speak during the Public Comment Periods.  You may comment on anything that is not on the agenda during the General “Public Comments”.  You may comment on any specific Agenda Item prior to the Commissioners discussion.  All comments by a specific person will be limited to three (3) minutes.

Call to Order: 8:27 p.m.

Roll Call: Bev Steele, Jack Smith, Tracy Gillespey, Mark Pope, Brandon Madison, Erik Felt, Kristin Mintzlaff and Iva Morelli.  

Also present: Lois Palmer, Margie Truchon, Pete Berton and Betsy Stevens.

Motion by: Steele to reorder agenda relating to Willow Motel before announcements.

Motion by: Madison/sSteele to approve batch S-0409.  Carried

Motion by: Pope/sSmith to return Willow Motel to the original 2.5 fees.  Carried

  • Discussion only: 3rd go at computer input for the Robust Preventive Maintenance Program—Steele (see Packets)
  • Discussion/Perhaps Action related to:
    • Review and Possible Update to the Ordinance Sections VII →End— (see Packets)
      • Amendment #20250409—Steele

Motion by: Steele/sPope to approve Amendment #20250409 to allow installment payments for hook up fees.  Carried
