Called to order at 7:00 PM

Roll Call: Present:  Steele, Gillespey, Smith, Rebak,  Stemwedel , Morelli,   Also present Mark Filonowich, Lois Palmer, Amber Cadott, Cindy Lazorik, Jen Schierman, Rob Scheirman, Roger Pikus, Mershawn Pikis.

 

Minutes: Approval of minutes of the February 8, 2022 TOC Regular Board Meeting.

 Approval of minutes of the February 13 2023 TOC Special Board Meeting.

Treasurer’s Report for February.

Expenditures: Motion by Steele/sStemwedel to approve Batch T-0308 Carried Unanimous.

Business: Discussion and action may occur on any of the following agenda items

Class A Special Use Permit for short term rental at 89340 Bark Point Rd by Jeremy and Sara Downs.

Motion: by Smith/sPope to recommend approval with TPC recommendations included. Carried Unanimous.

Class A Special Use Permit for placement of a 20’x8’ shipping container at 16855 Hwy 13 by Matthew Anderson.

Motion: by Steele/sPope to recommend approval with TPC recommendations included. Carried Unanimous.

Class A Special Use Permit for shoreline restoration at 89715 Bark Point Rd by John and Amy Tillotson.

Motion: by Pope/sStemwedel to recommend approval with TPC recommendation included. Carried Unanimous.

Short-term Rental annual permit revisions.

Motion: by Steele/sPope to remove proof of liability 1.000.000.00 and application name (initial) renewal, to just renewal, and to approve both with changes. Carried Unanimous.

Motion: by Steele/sPope to approve self service inspection not later than the 13^th and upon receipt of the fire fighters review and suggestions. 4 no motion did not carry.

Donation to Herbster Community Club for Smelt Fry

Motion: Steele/sStemwedel  to donate a 5 day stay at the Campground and 5 day boat launch for the HCC Smelt Fry April 29^th Carried Unanimous.

Cell Phones for Town Road Crew

Motion: by Pope/sSmith to obtain cell phones for the town crew for town communication purposes. Carried Unanimous.

WTA district meeting Steele and Pope to attend

Town Plan Commission: meeting. Recommendation are in packets

Fire Department: No report.meeting same night

Ambulance: Stemwedel 7  calls, 3 attend WEMSA

Town Park/Campground:

Playground: no report

Roads: Grader is broke down

Parking and Launch:. No report

Transfer Station:

Cemetery:  Rebak  winter

Gym: no report.
