Roll Call: Dale Fuller, Beverly Steele, Jack Smith, Tracy Gillespey, Patti Stemwedel, Absent: Barb Rebak, Iva Morelli.

Business:
Solid waste and recycling service proposals: To proposal presented Republic services and Wastemanagement.
Motion: by Steele/sStemwedel to accept Wastemanagement proposal for a 3 year contract. Carried
Unanimous.

Discussion of budget for 2023: discussion on the 2023 budget.
