Regular Board Meeting

November 9, 2022 7:00 pm

 

Minutes

Called to order at 7:00 PM

Roll Call: Present:  Steele, Gillespey, Smith, Fuller, Rebak Late Morelli, Absent Stemwedel   Also present  Elizabeth Stevens, Pete Berton, Ceil Held, Jim Held, Mark Filonowich .

 

Minutes: Approval of minutes of the October 12, 2022 TOC Regular Board Meeting.

Treasurer’s Report for October

Expenditures: Motion by Steele/sRebak to approve Batch T-1109 Carried Unanimous.

Business: Discussion and action may occur on any of the following agenda items

Donation to Town by Ceil Held. Donator is contact Rebak about kids park equipment and Smith about the bench located at the campground.

Operation Green Light for Veterans. Discussion as to where to find lights.

Schedule special meeting of four towns to discuss purchase of new ambulance. Need to check with ambulance director as to time frame.

Establish Code of Ethics Ordinance regarding use of federal funds. (Discussion Only). NO Action

Adopt town budget for FY 2023.

Motion: Steele/sSmith to move budget adoption until after reports. Carried Unanimous.

Motion: by Steele/Smith to adopt 2023 budget by department option 2. Carried Unanimous.

 

Town Plan Commission: No business. Continued work on Comprehensive plan

Fire Department:  work on mold issue, SCBA grant, masks for units 1 call assists.

Ambulance: Stemwedel Would like to look at new cell phone, look into coverage options.

Town Park/Campground:  Closed for the season still getting estimates for ADA restrooms.

Playground: covered playhouse.

Roads: Fuller

Parking and Launch: walk out and stored for winter.

Transfer Station: Fuller new service provider

Cemetery:  Rebak Cleaned for winter.

Gym: Fuller kitchen door here need to install, repair basketball hoop.

Bark Bay Slough:

Campground Restrooms

Ethics Ordinance.
