Special Board Meeting

July 16, 2025, at 5:00 pm in the Town Hall (gym).  Located at 86870 Lenawee Road Herbster, WI

Agenda

Call to order: 5:01 p.m.

Roll Call: Mark Pope, Erik Felt, Randy Kohlman, Brandon Madison and Kristin Mintzlaff.

Not present: Jack Smith

Also present: Patricia Murphy, Sara Mustonen, Donna Lundin, Maureen Felt and Jeff Greene.

BUSINESS:

Discussion/Likely Action related to:

Electrical power for the Pavilion

Motion by: Brandon Madison/sRandy Kohlman to run electrical power to the pavilion with Xcel Energy running the electrical line and Herbster Community Club paying for the electrician to install.

Temporary closure of the Gym- Discussion regarding solutions for gym use.  An advisory group, with Brandon Madison being the board representative, will be formed and will bring suggestions to the board at the September Board meeting.

 

Motion to Adjourn 5:43 p.m.

Motion by: Brandon Madison/sRandy Kohlman.  Carried unanimously
