Meeting Minutes

 

Wednesday, November 12, 2025, to follow immediately after the Town Board Meeting, likely by 8:00 PM or later in the Meeting Room of the Town Hall/Historic Gymnasium located at 86870 Lenawee Road. 

Agenda:

Call to Order: 7:52 pm

Roll Call: Mark Pope, Randy Kohlman, Tracy Gillespey, Donna Lundin, Erik Felt and Kristin Mintzlaff.  Not present: Brandon Madison.

In attendance: Roger Pikus and Mershawn Pikus.

October 15, 2025, special commission meeting

Business:

Discussion: Cameras were used for half the sanitary district system. The remainder of the system will be completed next year. Protective gear is being ordered for this project. Wiikwaibaan Inini came to look at the pump, everything looked fine.  Fire Department flushed out the system. In spring the manhole covers will be leveled out.  Possible new sewer hookup.
