Wednesday, December 10, 2025, to follow immediately after the Town Board Meeting, likely by 8:00 PM or later in the Meeting Room of the Town Hall/Historic Gymnasium located at 86870 Lenawee Road.

Roll Call: Mark Pope, Donna Lundin, Erik Felt, Brandon Madison, Randy Kohlman (by phone) and Kristin Mintzlaff.  Not present: Tracy Gillespey.

• Motion by: Randy Kohlman/sDonna Lundin to approve the minutes for the November 12, 2025, commission meeting. Carried unanimously.

Expenditure: Motion to approve batch S-1210.

Motion by: Erik Felt/sDonna Lundin to approve batch S-1210.  Carried unanimously.
