Meeting Minutes

 

Wednesday, January 14, 2026, to follow immediately after the Town Board Meeting, likely by 8:00 PM or later in the Meeting Room of the Town Hall/Historic Gymnasium located at 86870 Lenawee Road. 

Agenda:

Call to Order: 7:34 pm

Roll Call: Mark Pope, Brandon Madison, Randy Kohlman, Tracy Gillespey and Kristin Mintzlaff.  Not present: Erik Felt and Donna Lundin.

In attendance: Rob Schierman and Molly Larson.

• Motion by: Randy Kohlman/sBrandon Madison to approve the minutes for December 10, 2025, Sanitary District meeting. Carried unanimously.

Treasurer’s Reports:

Expenditure: Motion to approve batch S-0114.

Business:

Discussion had regarding switching location through manhole which would help flush out the system.  Pump #1 needs to be rebuilt this spring.  Manhole covers will be lifted and cameras will be used again in the spring.
