Board Meeting

October 8, 2025, at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall (gym).  Located at 86870 Lenawee Road Herbster, WI

Call to order at 7:00 pm

Roll call:  Mark Pope, Brandon Madison and Kristin Mintzlaff.  Not present Erik Felt, Randy Kohlman and Tracy Gillespey.

In attendance: Mark Filonowich, Lois Palmer, Pete Burton, Elizabeth Stevens, Sara Mustonen, Patty Carpenter, Donna Lundin and John Mundahl.

 

Notice of Quorum: It was noted that a quorum was not present.  No official town business could be transacted.

Resignation of Town Supervisor.

Appointment of Town Supervisor Donna Lundin to fill the rest of the term.

Setting the date for the elector’s meeting for the town budget.

Purchase of new town plow truck.

Financial loan to purchase town plow truck will be through Board of Commissioners of Public Lands.

Review of budget worksheet.
