Announcements:  

Member and vice-chair Chris Lehnert, and member and chair Keith Koenning reappointed by the Town Board  through April 30, 2024.

Chair Keith Koenning met with Town Board Chair Dale Fuller for preliminary discussion about the 2023  Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use map.

Approval of Minutes: April 6, 2021 Meeting

Old Business: The Town Board recommended approval to County Zoning Administration of the Charles  Singler Class A Special Use Permit for a residence addition in F-1 zoning, and David and Laura Kramer Class A  Special Use Permit for grading within 1,000 feet of Lake Superior (April 6 TPC meeting).

The Town Board recommended permit denial of the Kristle Majchrzak and Robert Glau Conditional Use Permit  for Irrigation Facilities in R-RB zoning, and the County Planning and Zoning Committee subsequently denied  approving the permit.

New Business: 

Class A Special Use Permit for a short-term rental in R-RB zoning requested by Yuriko Vaughan (authorized  agent Erin Hutchinson).
