Special Board Meeting

August 25, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the Town Hall (gym).  Located at 86870 Lenawee Road Herbster, WI

 

Agenda

Call to order: 6:00 p.m.

Roll Call: Mark Pope, Erik Felt, Randy Kohlman, Brandon Madison, Tracy Gillespey, Jack Smith and Kristin Mintzlaff.

 

Also present: Sara Mustonen, Donna Lundin, Jen Schierman, Tina Kunshier, Katherine Merrill, Max Campbell, Patty Carpenter and Jeff Greene.

BUSINESS:

Discussion/Likely Action related to:

Discussion of recommendations given by the Gym Task Force.

Some recommendations that where discussed: setting up a key fob for entry to the gym with a user fee, board looking at the policies and procedures for gym use,  set hours for open gym, calendar usage for sign up, parent supervision, age requirements for gym usage without adult supervision, application for gym usage events with proper deposits.

 

Motion to Adjourn 7:00 p.m.
