Minutes

Called to order at 7:00 PM

Roll Call: Present:  Steele, Gillespey, Smith, Fuller, Rebak,  Stemwedel    by Phone Morelli,    Also present   Pete Berton.

 

Minutes: Approval of minutes of the November 9, 2022 TOC Regular Board Meeting.

Treasurer’s Report for November

Expenditures: Motion by Stemwedel/sRebak to approve Batch T-1214 Carried Unanimous.

Business: Discussion and action may occur on any of the following agenda items

Bayfield County Resolution #2022-116, Appreciation of Town, City, Village, and County Clerks and Election Workers For a Smooth November 8, 2022 Election.

Class A Special Use Permit for Kerry Hage, Highway 13.

Motion by: Stemwedel/sRebak to recommend approve of class A use permit with TPC recommendations. Carried Unanimous.

Town of Clover Resolution #20221214, Required Annual Resolution Regarding the Treasurer’s Bond.

Motion by: Stemwedel/sSmith to adopt resolution 20221214. Carried Unanimous.

Town of Clover Ordinance #20221214-1, an ordinance establishing a code of ethics relating to Town contracts that must comply with Federal law. Have town attorney look at first defer to next month meeting.

Proposed new restrooms at Town campground. Estimates presented with potential costs of building still looking into additional hook up costs.

Possible change in financial arrangement with Town website provider.

Motion by: Stemwedel/sSmith to pay in advance from this years budget $3000.00 to Roger Peck for web work for 2023 year for town portion of web service. Carried unanimous.

 

Town Plan Commission: meeting held December 6^th. See minutes.

Fire Department:  scbas to be ordered from grant.

Ambulance: Stemwedel 6 calls

Town Park/Campground:  estimates for ADA restrooms presented. Special meeting 12/19/22 6:00pm

Playground: correspondence about the new donated playground ship.

Roads: Fuller  continue to move forward with Park Ave. culvert in 2023.

Parking and Launch:.

Transfer Station: Fuller

Cemetery:  Rebak

Gym: Fuller kitchen door here need to install.

Bark Bay Slough:

Future agenda:

Ethics Ordinance.

Host funding.
