Called to order at 7:00 PM

Roll Call: Present: Steele, Gillespey, Smith, Fuller, Rebak, Morelli, Stemwedel Also present Lois Palmer, Mark Filonowich,
Jim Whittinghill (Republic Services) .

Minutes: Approval of minutes of the June 8, 2022 TOC Regular Board Meeting.

Treasurer’s Report for June.

Expenditures: Motion by Steele/sStemwedel to approve Batch T-0713 Carried Unanimous.

On July 2, during the recent Fourth of July weekend, the Town of Clover office was added to the list of victims of break-ins and thefts in the area. We ask you to be on the lookout for suspicious activity in your neighborhood and community and keep your ears open for anyone boasting about successful
burglaries. Unfortunately, this is a county wide problem and the Bayfield County Sherriff’s Department can use any help we can give them.

Business: Discussion and action may occur on any of the following agenda items.

Presentation by Jim Wittinghill of Republic Services regarding solid waste transfer.

Addressed bumpster concerns, contract up this year. 60 day notice.
Proposals to purchase new turnout gear for the Herbster Volunteer Fire Department. Turnout gear has a limited shelf life and some of the gear used by the HVFD is past the expiration date.
Motion: Stemwedel/sSteele to go with Option 3 Carried Unanimous.

Application for Short-Term Rental License renewal for the property at 89015 Bark Point Road by Yuriko Vaughan.
Motion: by Steele/sRebak to approve STR annual renewal for 89015 Bark Point Rd Yuriko Vaughan. Carried Unanimous.

Application for Short-Term Rental License renewal for the property at 89330 Bark Point Road by Michael and Sara Vanasse. No Action needed.

Application for Short-Term Rental License renewal for the property at 90590 Bark Point Road by Gregory Wilson. No Action needed.

Town Plan Commission:

Fire Department: Still working on mold issues,

Ambulance: Stemwedel 7 runs for June

Town Park/Campground: new sites electrical work is done as well as water, grounds work being done check in station almost done.

Playground: slide replacement,is waiting for install

Roads: Fuller LRIP project phase one is done on Lenawee, concerns about Bark Point Rd were discussed

Boat Parking and Launch:

Transfer Station: Fuller Summer hours looking at usage and amount

Cemetery: Rebak

Gym: Fuller

Bark Bay Slough:
