EXEMPTION FROM TREASURER’S BOND

 

STATE OF WISCONSIN

Town of Clover

Bayfield County

 

The Supervisors of the Town of Clover, Bayfield County, Wisconsin hereby ordain as follows:

The Treasurer of the town is exempted from giving the bond specified in Wisconsin Statute 70.67 (2).

The town hereby obligates itself to pay, if the Treasurer fails to do so, all state and county taxes that the Treasurer is required to pay to the County Treasurer.

CERTIFICATE

This is to certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of an ordinance adopted by the town board at the regular meeting held on this 8^th day of November, 2017.

This Ordinance shall remain in effect until a certified copy of its repeal is filed with the County Clerk and the County Treasurer.
