Ordinance #021010-1, Ordinance for Appointment of Election Officials

 

It is hereby ordained by the Town Board of the Town of Clover, Bayfield County, Wisconsin, as follows:

SECTION 1 – ELECTION OFFICIALS APPOINTMENT

1. Number: The election officials shall consist of a minimum of 3 (three) inspectors. Members shall be appointed as provided in Wisconsin Statutes Section 7.30.

2. Work Hours: Shifts may be split as determined by the Municipal Clerk.

3.  Appointments: The Town Clerk shall appoint election officials with confirmation by the Town Board as pursuant to Chapter 7.30, 7.31, and 7.32 Wis. Stats. Such election officials shall have all of the powers and perform all of the duties prescribed for such officers by the statutes.

 

SECTION 2 – EFFECTIVE DATE

This ordinance shall become effective and be in full force upon adoption and publication or posting, as provided by law, pursuant to s. 60.80, Wis. Stat.
