Resolution #20210414-1C, 2020 Budget Reconciliation related to 58000—Debt Service

 

• Whereas, in 2020 the Debt Service expenses exceeded the budget by $98,200, and
• Whereas, in 2020 41000–Tax Roll, after December taxes received were removed, demonstrated in excess of $13,544 of taxes received over budget, and
• Whereas, in 2020 44000—Licenses and Permits income exceeded the budget by $15, and
• Whereas, in 2020 48000–Miscellaneous Revenues exceeded the budget by greater than $19,171, and
• Whereas, in 2020 51000—General Government the budget exceeded expenses by $5,110.86 once Donations were included, and
• Whereas, in 2020 55000—Culture, Recreation and Education budget exceeded expenses by greater than $13,750, and
• Whereas, in 2020 57000—Capital Outlay budget exceeded expenses by $8,000 , and
• Whereas, in 2020 59000—Other Financing Sources income exceeded the budget by greater than $38,608.14,
• Now Therefore Be It Resolved that $13,544 of 41000—Tax Roll income over budget partially cover 58000—Debt Service expense over budget, and
• Further Be It Resolved that the $15 of 44000—Licenses and Permits income in excess of budget partially cover 58000–Debt Service expense over budget, and
• Further Be It Resolved that $19,171 of 48000–Miscellaneous Revenue income over budget partially cover 58000—Debt Service expense over budget, and
• Further Be It Resolved that the $5,110.86 of 51000—General Government budget exceed by expenses partially cover 58000—Debt Service expense over budget, and
• Further Be It Resolved that $13,750 of 55000—Culture, Recreation and Education budget in excess of expenses partially cover 58000—Debt Service expense over budget, and
• Further Be It Resolved that the $8,000 of 57000—Capital Outlay budget in excess of expenses partially cover 58000—Debt Service expense over budget, and
• Further Be It Resolved that $38,608.14 of 59000—Other Financing Sources income in excess of budget partially cover 58000—Debt Service expense over budget.
• Thus, the total coverage of 58000—Debt Service is $98,200.
