Meeting Minutes

 

Wednesday, June 10, 2026, to follow immediately after the Town Board Meeting, likely by 8:00 PM or later in the Meeting Room of the Town Hall/Historic Gymnasium located at 86870 Lenawee Road.

Call to Order: 8:06 pm

Roll Call: Mark Pope, Randy Kohlman, Donna Lundin, Brandon Madison, and Kristin Mintzlaff.

Not present: Erik Felt and Tracy Gillespey.

In attendance: Amy Missinne and Roger Pikus.

• Motion by: Randy Kohlman/sDonna Lundin to approve the minutes for
  May 13, 2026, Sanitary District meeting. Carried unanimously.

Treasurer’s Reports:

Expenditure: Motion to approve batch S-0610.

Motion by: Donna Lundin/sRandy Kohlman to approve batch S-0610.  Carried unanimously.

• Dump Station Reports:
  • Birch Street:
    • May 105000 gallons
  • #2 Septic Pumping & Excavating:
    • May 8129 gallons

Operations:

Business:

Dumping will be moved back up to the ponds until further notice.

Birch Street will be helping with the collar. Currently the date has not been set.

Mark and Randy will be working on the CMAR report.
