Approval of Minutes:  September 5, 2023 (TPC did not meet October through March)

Announcements:

 

• TPC member Pete Berton is the TPC representative on the Clover ATV/UTV/Snowmobile ad hoc Committee.
• The 2023 TPC Annual Report was completed on December 27 and provided to the Town and TPC members on the same date. It is posted on herbsterwisconsin.com.
• Today’s meeting is being held on Wednesday instead of Tuesday because the Gym was in use for voting on April 2.

 

New Business:

 

Town of Clover Class A Special Use Permit for grading (for a walking trail) more than 200 square feet within 1,000 feet of Lake Superior in Municipal Zoning.

 

Future Business:

 

The Town was notified on January 18, 2024 by Randy M. Lund, Lund Engineering, agent for the Beach Resort, of the intent to apply for a Conditional Use Permit for a 15 site campground/RV park on the R-RB zoned Beach Resort property.  As of March 25, 2024, according to the Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Department, the application is on hold, until issues of land surveys and recorded acreage are resolved.
