Called to Order at 8:06 pm

Roll Call: Steele, Rebak, Pope, Gillespey, Morelli, Mintzlaff, Smith, Felt. Also present Cecil Kavajecz, Pete Berton
and Elizabeth Stevens

Approval of Minutes of:
– September 13

Treasurer’s Report: September

Expenditures: Motion to approve batch S-1011. Motion to approve made by Pope/s Rebak Carried Unanimous

Reports:
– Operations: Lower Pond=After opening and discharging for a day or so, it became plugged and Duluth specialty truck
was called.
– Raw Lab Reports: Not available at this time
– Metered Gallons:
o August= gal
o September=not available at this time
– Rain Fall in inches: August= ”
– Dump Station Reports:
o Birch Street: September estimate: 50,250 estimated, no outside dumps
o August estimate: 152,015 gal. Reported: 129,088 gal, one outside dump, reminding drivers
regarding TOC boundaries Note: Significant difference between estimated from slips left in box by drivers
and the report provided by Birch Street. Will analyze difference and report to Commission in November.
o #2 Septic Pumping & Excavating: 5,926 gal No outside dumps
