A Board of Review Meeting for May 14, 2025, before the Town of Clover regular board meeting at 6:55 pm in the Town of Clover Town Hall (the Historic Gym)

Agenda

Call to order: 6:55pm

Roll Call: Mark Pope, Tracy Gillespey, Jack Smith, Erik Felt, Brandon Madison and Kristin Mintzlaff.  Not present: Katherine Merrill.

Also present: Pete Berton, Betsy Stevens, Lois Palmer and Mark Filonowich.

Business:

• Set Date and Time:
  • Open Book: Postpone to June 28, 2025, from 9 am to 11 am in the Town Hall meeting room.
  • Board of Review: Postpone the working Board of Review to July 9, 2025, from 5 pm to 7 pm in the Town Hall meeting room.
  • Motion by: Brandon Madison/sErik Felt to postpone Open Book to June 28, 2025, from 9 am to 11am and to postpone Board of Review to July 9, 2025, from 5 pm to 7 pm. Carried unanimously.
