A Special Board Meeting for February 13, 2023 meeting in the Town of Clover Town Hall (the Historic Gym)

 

 Agenda

Call to order: 6:00 pm

Roll Call: Smith,  Gillespey, Rebak , Morelli, Steele, Stemwedel. Also present Mark Pope, Eric Felt

 

Discussion/Action: To appoint a Town Chairperson until end of term.

Motion: by Steele/sRebak to appoint Patti Stemwedel to Chairperson for the duration of the term office vacated by the recent chairperson. Roll Call 3-Yes 1-Abstain.

 

Discussion/Action: To appoint a Town Supervisor until end of term (if needed).

Motion: By Steele/sStemwedel to appoint Mark Pope to the supervisor position vacated by the newly appointed chairperson for the duration of the term office vacated by the newly appointed chairperson.

Roll Call 4-yes

Discussion/Action: To approve Public Participation Plan.

Motion: by Steele/sRebak to approve public participation plan. Carried Unanimous.
