Roll Call: Mark Pope, Jack Smith, Erik Felt, Brandon Madison, Randy Kohlman and Kristin Mintzlaff.

BUSINESS:

Discussion/Likely Action related to:

Resignation of Treasurer.

Motion by: Randy Kohlman/sErik Felt to accept the resignation of the Treasurer.  Carried unanimously.

Appointing Patricia Carpenter as Treasurer to complete the remaining term.

Motion by: Brandon Madison/sErik Felt to appoint Patricia Carpenter as Treasurer to complete the remainder of the term. Carried unanimously.
