  • Financial: Discussion/Likely Action related to:
    • Reducing time from billing to imposition of penalty—Morelli
    • Motion: by Isaksson/sStemwedel to change billing to net 30 days and penalty to be enforced after 5-day grace.
    • Transferring $20,000 from checking to Contingency (Savings)—Morelli (see Note #1 below)
    • Motion: by Stemwedel/sIsaksson to move $20,000.00 to contingency fund Carried Unanimous
  • Review/Discussion (homework prior to meeting), possible amendments of Sections I, Definitions thru V, Permit Required of the Ordinance
  • 5 (C) make 3 to 4 to include maps, 4 to 5 form add tax id and or parcel description and mover 5 to 6.
  • Review (homework prior to March meeting) Sections VI, thru XII for discussion and possible actions at the March Meeting (see packets for material)
