Called to Order at 7:55 pm

Roll Call: Present; Steele, Gillespey, Fuller, Smith,  Rebak  Stemwedel by phone Morelli also present  Pete Berton.

Transfer money from SD checking account to SD savings account.

By consensus to transfer 20,000 to reserve account.

 

CMOM goals for 2023.

By consensus to approve CMOM goals for 2023.

 

Sanitary District Budget for 2023.

Motion by: Stemwedel/sRebak to adopt the 2023 sanitary district budget. Carried      Unanimous.
