Report on activities of the 2023-2043 Comprehensive Plan Committee.
New Business:
Petition for Zoning District Map Amendment for a parcel with Tax ID 35671 on Touve Rd to change zoning from A-1 to R-RB by Frank and Brenda Draft, agent Courtney Bryant, for a future campground/resort.
The Town Plan Commission will determine consistency of this Petition with the Town of Clover Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map. The Future Land Use Map shows the property and all abutting property as A-1 (the Zoning Code does not permit campgrounds/resorts in
A-1). The Comprehensive Plan provides that the Town is to “oppose additional developments of resorts, marinas, and golf courses.”
