Called to order at 7:00 PM

Roll Call: Present:  Steele, Gillespey, Smith, Rebak,  Stemwedel, Morelli, Absent Fuller  Also present   Pete Berton, Elizabeth Stevens, Mark Filonowich, Lois Palmer, Amber Cadott, Katherine Merrill, Jen Schierman, Rob Scheirman, Roger Pikus, Mershawn Pikis.

 

Minutes: Approval of minutes of the January 11, 2022 TOC Regular Board Meeting.

Approval of minutes of the January 30^th 2023 TOC Special Board Meeting.

Treasurer’s Report for January.

Expenditures: Motion by Steele/sStemwedel to approve Batch T-0208 Carried Unanimous.

Business: Discussion and action may occur on any of the following agenda items

Firewood for campground

Motion: by Steele/sStemwedel to charge $7.00 a bundle for firewood and adjust if needed from Madison Logging. Carried.

Class A Special Use Permit for short term rental at 87130 Park Avenue by Mary Agostine and Jack Smith

Motion: by Steele/sRebak to approval STR at 87130 Park Ave. Agostine/Smith with TPC recommendations. Carried Unanimous.

Class A Special Use Permit for shoreline restoration at 14310 State Hwy 13 by Tina Kunshier and Michelle Hagman

Motion: by Steele/sRebak to approve Class A for 14310 State Hwy 13 Kunshier/Hagmann. Carried Unanimous.

Ordinance 20230208-1 Establishing Code of Ethics where Federal Funds are involved

Motion: by Steele/sRebak to adopt ordinance 20230208-1. Carried Unanimous.

Short-term rental annual permit revisions  Deferred

Letter of support for the creation of a waste management pond dedicated to holding tank sludge collection  By Consensus to do a general letter of support to town of bell sanitary for waste management pond.

Town Plan Commission: meeting. Recommendation are in packets

Fire Department: No report.

Ambulance: Stemwedel 12  calls, doing EMT refresher.

Town Park/Campground:

Playground: no report

Roads: Fuller

Parking and Launch:. No report

Transfer Station: Fuller

Cemetery:  Rebak winter

Gym: Fuller no report.
