Regular Board Meeting

Minutes

Called to order at 7:00 PM

Roll Call: Present:  Steele, Gillespey, Isaksson, Smith, Fuller, Stemwedel, Morelli, Also present Robert Schierman, Jennifer Schierman, Lois Palmer, Guy Jardowski, Guy McGuire, Burt Huyck.

 

Motion: by Steele/sStemwedel to move agenda item 1 to now. Carried Unanimous.

Consider ending the requirement to social distance and wear masks at all government meetings.

Motion: by Steele/sStemwedel to end wearing masks and social distancing at all government meetings effective immediately. Carried Unanimous.

Minutes: Approval of minutes of the February 9, 2022 TOC Regular Board Meeting.

Treasurer’s Report for February.

Expenditures: Motion by Steele/sIsaksson to approve Batch T-0209 Carried Unanimous.

Business: Discussion and action may occur on any of the following agenda items.

Consider ending the requirement to social distance and wear masks at all government meetings.

Application for Short-Term Rental License by John Nixon for property at 87180 Old School Road.

Motion: by Steele/sSmith to approve STR annual license for town of clover to Jack Nixon for property 87810 old school rd. Carried Unanimous.

Application by Robert and Jennifer Schierman to rezone property at 86650 Lenawee Road from A-1 to R-RB.

Motion: by Stemwedel/sFuller to recommend to zoning approval for rezone at 86650 Lenawee Rd. Carried Unanimous.

Application for conditional use permit by Burt Huyck, Sherry Huyck, Lisa Huyck, and Phillip Huyck for property at 16930 State Hwy. 13.

By consensus to table conditional use permit for Burt Huyck property at 16930 State hwy 13 until next month to allow TPC to review.

Invitations to bid to supply road gravel to the Town of Clover. Bids to go out the week of March 28^th, two separate bids. To be opened on April 13^th board meeting.

Establish format for Town of Clover Annual Meeting. Options written, oral or both to be to the clerk by April 18^th at noon

Extended stay camping at Town of Clover Campground.  Extend stay is at the regular rate per day.
