Called to order at 7:00 PM
Roll Call: Present: Steele, Gillespey, Smith, Rebak, Pope, Absent Stemwedel, Morelli, Also present Mark Filonowich, Lois
Palmer,Peter Berton Elizabeth Stevens, Louis Morelli, Rob Scheirman, Roger Pikus, Mershawn Pikus.

Public Comment: Asked to have Bark Point Road on agenda for discussion.

Minutes: Approval of minutes of the March 8, 2022 TOC Regular Board Meeting.

Approval of minutes of the March 15 2023 TOC Special Board Meeting.

Treasurer’s Report for March.

Expenditures: Motion by Pope/sRebak to approve Batch T-0412 Carried Unanimous.

Business: Discussion and action may occur on any of the following agenda items

Class A Special Use Permit for short term rental at 86650 Lenawee Road by Robert and Jennifer
Schierman.
Motion by: Pope/sSmith to recommend approval for Class A Special Use to 86650 Lenawee Rd
Schierman, with TPC recommendation included. Carried Unanimous.

Class A Special Use Permit for shoreline restoration at 14400 State Hwy 13 by Jeff Mader
Motion by: Pope/sRebak to recommend approval for Class A Special Use 14400 State Hwy 13 Mader
with TPC recommendations. Carried Unanimous.

Grader purchase and financing. To call a special meeting Tuesday April 25 th at 4:30pm
Employee handbook additions.

Motion by: Pop/sRebak to add changes to the employee handbook page 4, 14.
Discussion on creating a smoking policy for the Town.
