Called to order at 7:00 PM

Roll Call: Present:  Steele, Gillespey, Isaksson,  Stemwedel, Smith, Fuller, Morelli, Also present Jessica Sine, Mike Sine, Lois Palmer.

Approval of minutes of the November 10, 2021 TOC Regular Board Meeting.

Treasurer’s Report for November.

Expenditures: Motion by Steele/sFuller to approve Batch T-1208 Carried Unanimous.

Business: Discussion and action may occur on any of the following agenda items.

Request by Jessica and Michael Sine for a Conditional Use Permit for placement of a second inter modal container for storage on property at 16190 Nicoletti Road.

Motion by: Steele/sSmith to recommend approval for Conditional use permit for Jessica and Michael Sine on property at 16190 Nicoletti Rd. Carried Unanimous.

Request by Kimberly Scoh and John Manks for a Class A Special Use Permit for a short term rental at 88525 Bark Point Road.

Motion by: Steele/sFuller to recommend approval of Class A for Kimberly Scoh and John Manks at 88525 Bark Point rd.  with TPC conditions.  Carried Unanimous.

Request by John Nixon for a Class A Special Use Permit for a short term rental at 87180 Old School Road.

Motion by: Steele/sFuller to recommend approval of Class A at 87180 Old School rd with TPC conditions. Motion withdrawn.

Motion by: Steele/sStemwedel to disapprove Class A 87180 old school rd. Carried Unanimous.

Short-Term Rental Application and License by Maureen and John Felt for property at 14945 State Hwy 13.

Motion by: Steele/sStemwedel to approve STR license for Maureen and Jon Felt at 14945 State Hwy 13 Carried Unanimous.

Approve poll workers

Motion by: Stemwedel/sSteele to approve list of poll workers Carried Unanimous.

Set date and time of Caucus. Saturday January 8^th at 10:00 am

Resolution 20211208, Required Annual Resolution regarding the Treasurer’s Bond.

Motion by: Stemwedel/sSteele to adopt Resolution 20211208 Carried Unanimous.

Campground rates for 2022.

Motion by: Stemwedel/sSteele to leave rates same as 2021 Carried Unanimous.

Parking at Bark Slough.

By consensus: to widen road for more parking area.
