April 15, 2025, 7:00 p.m. in the Clover Town Hall (Herbster Gym)

Call to order: 7:00 p.m.

Roll Call:  Steele, Pope, Felt, Madison, Smith, Morelli, Merrill, Gillespey and Mintzlaff.  Also present: Maureen Felt, John A. Felt, Tom Wissing, Louie Morelli, Lois Palmer and Mark Filonowich.

Review Minutes:

• 2024 Annual Meeting – April 16^th Motion by: Mark Pope/sErik Felt to approve the minutes of the April 16, 2024, meeting. Carried
• 2024 Special Town Meeting (Levy) – November 9^th Motion by: Mark Pope/sTom Wissing to approve the minutes of the November 9, 2024, meeting. Carried

Present Reports Town of Clover:

• 2024 Treasurer’s Report presented, and questions were answered by Treasurer. Motion by: Mark Pope/sBev Steele to approve the 2024 Town of Clover Treasurer’s report.  Carried
• 2024 Annual Report presented, and questions were answered by the Chairperson.

Discussion of Town Operations

• Felt-Fire Department-Ambulance- oral report
• McGuire-Fire Department-written report
• Byerhof-Ambulance-written report

• Steele-2024 Annual report-written and oral

Present Reports Sanitary District:

• 2024 Treasurer’s Report presented, and questions were answered by the Treasurer. Motion by:  Mark Pope/sJack Smith to approve the 2024 Sanitary District Treasurer report with corrections.  Carried

Business:

            Motions from the floor (Per 60.10)

-Set levy for 2025 Budget (Defer to Fall Budget Meeting)

Motion by:  Mark Pope/sTom Wissing to set date as November 8, 2025.  Carried

-Authorize Board to set date of 2025 Annual Meeting to the statutory date of

April 21, 2026 (60.11(1) & (2) at 7:00pm at the Town of Clover Town Hall.

Motion by: Mark Pope/sTom Wissing to set date as April 21, 2026.  Carried
