Roll Call: Present; Steele, Gillespey, Fuller,  Stemwedel,  Isaksson  Smith, Absent Morelli Also present  Shirley Nelson.

• In order to reflect the intent of the SD Commission, change the motion from the September 8, 2021 meeting from “to grant a waiver for the need to hook-up the property 14803 State Hwy 13 location, contiguent upon combining the property with 14805 State Hwy 13 as one property” to read “to grant a waiver for the need to hook up the property 14805 State Hwy 13 location, contingent upon combining the 14805 property with the 14803 State Hwy 13 property as one.”
• Motion: by Dale/sStemwedel to change wording of 9/8/21 motion. Carried Unanimous.
• Transfer money from checking to savings
• Motion: by Stemwedel/sSmith to transfer $20,000 from checking to reserve per treasurer recommendation. Carried Unanimous.
