• Request for variance from SD Ordinance #20150408 IV.D.1. on property located at 14803 St. Hwy 13 in a commercially zoned area. At March 9, 2016 meeting the SD Commission noted that this property doesn’t meet the definition of Human Occupancy. Louks
• Motion: by Steele/sStemwedel to grant a waiver for the need to hook-up the property 14803 State Hwy 13 location, contiguent upon combining the property with 14805 State Hwy 13 as one property. Carried Unanimous.
