Town of Clover

Ordinance #20191211-2, Amendment to Ordinance #: 08-0001, Item #4., Ordinance to Regulate Snowmobiles Within the Town of Clover, Bayfield County, Wisconsin (Adopted November 12, 2008)

 

Whereas, Item #4 of Ordinance states that “Snowmobiles shall not exceed the speed of 45 miles per hour when operated on all roads within the Town of Clover.”, and

Whereas, the Town of Clover has roads that are posted with speed limits less than 45 miles per hour, and

Whereas, no motorized vehicles operating on the Town roads should exceed the posted speed limit,

Be it therefore Ordained that Item 4. Of Ordinance #: 08-0001 be changed to read:  Snowmobiles shall not exceed any posted speed limit on any Town of Clover road and at no time shall a snowmobile exceed 45 miles per hour.

 

Adopted:  This 11^th day of December, 2019 

This Ordinance as amended is effective on the 12^th day of December 2019 after posting in the three official sites.
