Ordinance #20140108-1, Amended Ordinance #101210-3, Speed Limit Ordinance

 

The Town Board of the Town of Clover, Bayfield County, Wisconsin, has the specific authority under S. 349.11 Wis. Stats., to adopt this amended ordinance and does hereby ordain the following amendment to Ordinance #101210-3.

The speed limit on Bark Point Road between the boundaries within the Campground be limited to 15 mph during the time the Campground is open (May 15 through the Monday following the 1^st weekend of October), else the speed limit reverts to 25 mph.

This amended ordinance shall be in effect and enforced, after its passage and approval by the State Department of Transportation, filing and publication and posting of speed limit signs.
