THE NOVEMBER MEETING IS ON WEDNESDAY INSTEAD ON THE REGULAR FIRST TUESDAY OF THE MONTH DUE TO THE ELECTION AND VOTING IN THE GYM.

Announcements

On August 15 the County Planning and Zoning Committee approved the Hydra Properties Conditional Use Permit application for placement of a shipping container (August 6 TPC meeting) with the condition for screening the container as recommended by the TPC and the Town Board.

New Business:

• Class A Special Use Permit for RV placement for more than four months at 15005 Hultman St, in R-RB zoning by Jnana Hand and Jordan Ash.
• Annual review of the 2023-2043 Comprehensive Plan recommendations as required by the Comprehensive Plan.
• Selection of vice-chair. Section 11 (2) of the TPC ordinance provides that the TPC may elect a vice-chair to act as chair in the absence of the chair.
